The global economy is facing a paradox; new processes and around the clock competition force organizations to trim costs and become even more efficient. Productivity increases many times result in the loss of jobs and tasks. At the same time, new complex business models, emerging and disruptive technologies, the requirement for speed in decision-making and (almost) real time implementation, require new skills and competencies. This "brain-driven" evolution process creates a demand for highly skilled and talented people.

The development of talent pools allow organizations to leverage from its core human resources, this intellectual capital does not show up in the financial reporting of the businesses, but constitutes a fundamental cornerstone for the successful and sustainable development of the business and its human capital.

The Zurich Living Case Method is a core element of the Executive Master of Science programs. During the Zurich Living Case projects, participants in teams, supervised by faculty, work closely with select companies on intense, fast-paced consulting projects.

Target audience

Executive Master of Science graduates are qualified to handle higher business functions: Chief Executive or C-Suite manager. Participants can complete their degree at their own pace, and according to their own schedule.

The program is directed to everyone who is interested in a general management career, as well of course for those who aspire to enrich their existing career within talent and intellectual capital related parts of the core business processes.

It aims at providing both the insight and intellectual stimuli as well as the key tools and techniques that allow a manager to successfully find, attract, and retain people who are prepared to engage in initiatives for sustainable and winning performance.

Fees: Fees for the Master Level program: € 33.000,- Preparatory programs, if needed: € 3.000,- to € 6.100,- Admission: To be considered for admission to our Executive Master of Science (Dual Degree) program, candidates must at least have: A degree from a higher-level college, university, vocational school (Bachelor, Master) A higher professional education and in-depth professional experience in the field of the elective might be considered as equivalent A minimum of three years' management experience at the functional level Reached the age of 25 Sufficient fluency in spoken and written English to complete assignments and examinations and participate in debates without difficulty (passed the TOEFL exam)
