Programme

The Omnium Global Executive MBA strengthens management skills and leadership attributes by taking you beyond your familiar circle of experience. Visiting representative markets on four continents, participants learn from faculty, local managers and fellow students of diverse nationalities, wide-ranging expertise and varied experience.

You’ll emerge with a clearer understanding of how to lead in an increasingly globalized business environment, with invaluable insights on how to manage your career and with extensive international contacts. You will also have earned degrees from two distinguished academic institutions – the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Omnium is designed to be completed part-time while participants continue their work as managers. There are no geographical limits to participation. Students can live anywhere in the world and can move bases without hindrance. The 18-month-long Omnium program leads to separate MBA degrees from two exceptional, internationally recognized universities.

Target audience

Participants in the Omnium program don’t just learn with their fellow students; they learn from them. Omnium students are admitted on the basis of their motivation, accomplishments, potential and interpersonal skills.

Typically, they are experienced managers, executives and consultants from public and private industry, and entrepreneurs running family owned business who have already achieved significant professional success. They hail from all parts of the globe and have experience working and living in at least two different countries.

With its strong emphasis on team-based projects and learning, Omnium maximizes opportunities for professional and social interaction among all students. Not least among the many benefits Omnium provides is the international network of contacts that graduates invariably develop over the course of their studies.
