ProgrammeThe MSc. in Human Resouces Management degree has been designed to provide you with advanced tools in managing the most valuable asset of the company - its human resources. Swiss Management Center has created a program which leaves the pure HR content and provides students with a series of general business courses in order to explore the business organization in all its areas.The aim of this concept is to give the participant a thorough understanding of the ways a business organization functions and therefore provide you with the analytical tools to create human resources solutions adapted to the company. These analytical skills are then enhanced and solution-driven concepts are being developed in the field of specialization. The course outlines will help you explore in detail the content of each course and the advanced delivery content tools, such as video materials, cases, research papers, latest articles and academic reviews that we use to illustrate at best the issues involved. The degree requires a good understanding of human psychology and communication skills. |

Emphases/CurriculumProgram DesignThe Graduate programs of SMC consist of a Core Courses Stage, obligatory for all students. The successful completion of it leads to the second stage, namely the Specialization Courses related to the program of enrollment. Hence, the program is divided into two main stages whereas students may only pursue subjects within their current stage. Distance learning students may take a maximum of 4 years to complete the program. Upon completion of all subjects, students are required to pass an on-site Final Grand Exam and defend on-site their Memoir vis-à-vis the Defense Committee. The Final Grand Exam covers topics from all subjects of study. Core Courses:
