Programme

This CIM recognised course is a management development programme with a broadly-based general management syllabus suitable for graduates without management experience who wish to enter a management career.

It is also suitable for junior managers who wish to progress towards middle managers and is also suitable for middle managers that wish to develop their professional practice and require a qualification in management.

The course takes a practical and applied focus and provides learners with the techniques and abilities for professional management practice and takes a more tactical and less strategic focus than the MBA. It is designed for professional practice at middle management and preparation for higher levels of management.

The masters in Management is a well-established part of the Aberdeen Business School portfolio but is continually updated to reflect current management thinking and practice. Its practical relevance is underlined by the fact that the course is also used by a range of world-class corporate clients as part of their middle management development programmes.
