Programme

The aim of the programme is to provide students with a comprehensive, high-level education in human resources management, particularly those without extensive theoretical or practical knowledge.

You will understand the evolving theories and practices of human resource management. You will gain an understanding of the strategic and contextual approach to problem solving and the formulation of policy and strategy, with particular reference to global, multicultural organisations.


Target audience

You will acquire knowledge and understanding of the principles of and current issues surrounding human resource management, along with specific skills and analytical techniques.

You should graduate equipped to occupy a wide range of human resource management positions in every size and type of organisation, especially those operating in a global context. These will include both generic roles and specialist positions in recruitment, training, reward, performance management and employee relations, as well as consultancy, research and teaching opportunities.

Application requirements:
  • Bachelors degree from a accredited college or university or a degree from a recognized institution comparable and/or equivalent to a British Honours degree.
  • Masters or Bachelors (Hons) in Social sciences, Arts, Humanities and other relevant disciplines
  • English Language skills relevant to an online program and comparable to IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 600, or GCSE C.
  • 2 - 4 years working experience related to the degree program (practical background knowledge of business).
  • Minimum age for online master students: 23 years
